“The Assassination Of Dr. Tiller” To Air Monday Night

I prefer scary movies that involve poltergeists, so this scary flick will be a shock to my system. On Monday night at 9 p.m. (EST), MSNBC will air “The Assassination of Dr. Tiller,” a documentary film narrated by Rachel Maddow about the murder of a Wichita, Kansas, abortion provider by an anti-choice extremist. Dr. George Tiller was gunned down inside his church in May 2009 by Scott Roeder, who is now serving life in prison. Keep reading »

Your First Look At MTV’s “Skins”

It’s the latest case of U.K. television poaching. “Skins” is a British series that’s reached cult status for taking amateur teenage actors and throwing them into controversial plot lines involving sex, drugs, dysfunctional families, and more sex and drugs. Now, MTV is making its own version of the series. Apparently, it’s pretty much a shot-by-shot remake of the original pilot. It doesn’t premiere until January, but here is the trailer.
