Why Is Sherri Shepherd Moaning? And On All Fours?

This morning, I was minding my own business, you know, workin’. I had “The View” on as background noise, when, all of the sudden, I heard some rather … amorous moaning and groaning. When I looked up, I saw Sherri Shepherd crouched on all fours and for a second, I was really, really not sure what was going on. I was uncomfortable. It was an awkward moment for Sherri and me. Watch the clip above and you’ll see why. Keep reading »

Most Epic Save-The-Date Announcement Ever

If their save-the-date announcement is any indication, the wedding of Jeff Wong and Erin Martin is going to be epic. It may even quite literally bring the house down. No, I don’t know these people, but their announcement is making the rounds on the internet if only to make those of us who sent uninspired email save-the-dates for our weddings feel bad about ourselves. Jeff and Erin have a website where they explain that no, the video was not done professionally (except, apparently, the voice-over), nor on a big budget. It took a little research, a lot of creativity, and some help from their friends. You can read all about how they made the video, as well as their ten-year love story here. Mazel tov, you guys! Sometimes Bear Grylls Is Way Too Wild For Me

I have a major girl boner for “Man Vs. Wild”‘s Bear Grylls — he’s sexy, outdoorsy, and good when crisis strikes in the unfriendly wilderness. However. WTF IS GOING ON IN THIS VIDEO? On a recent episode, Bear is stuck on a handmade raft in the middle of the ocean and he’s so dehydrated that he decides to give himself an enema. First of all, who happens to have a tube ideal for giving oneself an enema handy when they’re stuck in the middle of the ocean? Bear, I suppose. But also, eww. And yet … my girl boner is still at attention. [WOW Report] Keep reading »

How To Cure A Hangover For Under $5

While we usually head straight for a bacon-laden brunch after a big night of drinking, health and fitness expert Coach Kendra has convinced us that we can kick our hangovers without clogging our arteries or opening our wallets. How? By doing these three key things:

  1. Sip a sports drink full of electrolytes (like Vitamin Water) and, of course, hydrate with regular water.
  2. Nosh on some fruit, like a banana, and/or eat some yogurt.
  3. Take a short walk in the fresh air.

That’s all? Can do! Although, we’d add a couple Bayer aspirin to the mix. But no matter how tempting, Coach Kendra warns us to avoid coffee. Sheesh, that’ll take some serious restraint, especially in the morning! But hey, anything beats a heinous headache, right? Keep reading »

All You Need Is Love And Some Coffee

Starbucks, purveyors of fine reasons to take an afternoon break at work, got together musicians from 156 countries and had them all sing The Beatles’ “All You Need Is Love.” Across the universe, they all played together, same time, different places, to raise awareness about the AIDS crisis. As if the reason isn’t moving enough, this video of all the participants really drives the fab four’s point home. Here’s wishing you a decade full of love. Happy New Year! Keep reading »
