Can anyone keep Victoria Beckham’s body image philosophy straight? She seems to constantly flex between opposing contradictions. One second, the media is calling out her anorexic-seeming lifestyle and the next she’s quoted as being pro-curves. To be honest, our opinion of Beckham wavers as well. Sometimes she frightens us with her so-thin physique that’s nearly alien-like, but at the same time, we absolutely respect the woman’s talent and style and agree that her Fashion Week show was a hands-down success. When Posh went on “The View” yesterday to talk about her work and the fashion industry, she seemed very pro-health: “The CFDA have reached out to designers, stylists and casting directors not to work with underage models, girls that are too thin and to be more ethnically aware. And I think designers are listening. I had a casting last week and had some terribly thin girls come in and it wouldn’t have worked.” This would seem to suggest she’s not into the heroin-chic look. And yet Beckham also said, “Most of these girls are naturally thin. And I don’t think we should be discriminating against someone because they are too thin or too curvy or too large or whatever it is.” Most models are naturally thin? We’re not so sure about that.

“It’s not healthy to be jealous. I look at David and I think, “He’s so handsome and I’m so lucky to have him as a husband.” And he’s an amazing father. I don’t blame people for looking at him and finding him attractive. I mean, I do.”

It seems kind of unlikely that celebs would engage in clothes-sharing, but if they did, we wouldn’t think to match up rail-thin Victoria Beckham and the curvy Jennifer Lopez as closet buddies. But, claims Beckham, she and J. Lo wear the same size. She discovered this while trying on a dress from her own line, which apparently was the same piece of clothing Jennifer Lopez had worn to an event earlier. Surprised? So was Victoria, who said, “Who’d have thought I’d be the same size as Jennifer Lopez!”

Do you believe this, and find that a woman’s proportions can often be deceiving in determining her size? Or is this a not-so-subtle attempt on Posh’s part to dispel any eating disorder rumors? [New York Daily News]

Apparently, Victoria isn’t the only fashion designer in the multi-talented Beckham family. Coming together for a charity project, she, David, and even their three sons, collaborated to create T-shirts for the organization Sport Relief, which “help[s] poor and vulnerable people” in disadvantaged countries. Whether they intended to or not, the shirts do take on a home art project feeling with their collages of stars, spray paint lettering, and images of David balancing a soccer ball.

So tell me whatcha want, whatcha really, really want ... it’s a Spice Girls musical, isn’t it?

No? Well, too bad, you’re getting one anyway: theater producer Judy Craymer, who brought “Mamma Mia!” to the stage, has announced she’s creating a Spice Girls musical called “Viva Forever.” The show will include 14 Spice Girls hits and will launch in London on November 5 of this year. Crayer said the story arc in the Spice Girls musical will be fictionalized, but will be a celebration of the pop stars’ “sisterhood.”

OK, so maybe all those “high heels can kill you!” stories are a bit extreme, but wearing 4-inch stilettos everyday could potentially do a number on your posture. At least that’s what Victoria Beckham claims, although this sounds like a case of paranoia—she’s been “concerned” that wearing high heels over all these years has given her a hunch, so she’s has reportedly incorporated Alexander Technique into her fitness routine to correct her body. So what’s Alexander Technique?

It took us a while to come to terms with the idea that Posh Spice (some people call her “Victoria Beckham”) could design clothes we’d legitimately want to wear. Lately though, we’ve got to admit that her eponymous line of cocktail dresses is truly covetable (see left). But while we’re lusting from afar, someone decided to take things a step further over the weekend, stealing a delivery of 75 dresses at knife point as it was en route to Neiman Marcus. The truck’s driver wasn’t seriously harmed, but Beckham’s line will be if they don’t have awesome insurance; that delivery alone was worth almost half a million dollars! While taping an interview with David Beckham, Ellen decided to add some (posh) spice to her show by surprising him with this spoof of his hot Armani spread. Once upon a time, Drew Barrymore was referred to as voluptuous, Posh Spice‘s bosom practically spilled out of her dress, and Lindsay Lohan suddenly had the biggest boobs in town. It seems like ages since any tabloid made a ruckus over yet another celeb getting breast implants, and, let’s face it, Hollywood has always had a thing for the well-endowed starlet. So, where have all the big breasts gone? Have huge chests gone out of style?

Sorry, kids. No more Beckham underwear porn for you. Victoria Beckham has decided against continuing the super steamy underwear campaign that she models with her husband for Armani. The reason? She says she wants to concentrate on her fashion career, as she’ll be presenting her line at NYC Fashion Week for the second time. However, could it be that she’s finally embracing her inner prude? Apparently, the Beckham children have asked some questions about their naked parents. Says David, “When they first saw them, they were like: ‘Daddy, why are you in your underwear so everyone can see?’”

• Over many seasons of “American Idol,” contestants and viewers alike became familiar with the sometimes incoherent ramblings of Paula Abdul. Now that she’s decided to leave the show, producers have come up with a creative solution on how to replace her. Contestants auditioning for the next season of “American Idol” will not only have to get over stage fright, but they’ll need to stop themselves from being starstruck. For the auditions, Paula will be replaced by a rotating cadre of actual celebrities, a new star in each of the seven cities. Yesterday, we found out Victoria Beckham would be one of the guest judges.
