We were disturbed enough by the John McCain campaign staffer who courted a 17-year-old by visiting her at her high school. But yesterday, we heard about actor Doug Hutchison, the actor from “Lost” and “The Green Mile,” and his new bride, wannabe country singer Courtney Alexis Stodden. He’s 51. She is 16. And while it’s obvious from their wedding photo that neither of them looks their age, just … EWWWW. (Also, is that really their wedding photo? Creepy.) Of course, the couple recognizes that they are unusual. “We’re aware that our vast age difference is extremely controversial,” they said in a statement. “But we’re very much in love and want to get the message out there that true love can be ageless.” Her parents, apparently, approve of the union. Hailee Steinfeld‘s appearance in “True Grit” earned her Hollywood’s respect. Her next role may earn her some controversy. In Julian Fellowes’ adaptation of “Romeo and Juliet,” Hailee will do a nude scene—unusual, since Hailee is only 14-years-old. The filmmaker says that his only intention in using a young actress is to stay true to Shakespeare’s original. “I wanted Hailee because she is the perfect age. Juliet is at that stage of … what you might call a child/woman. Lawrence Taylor Gets Slap On The Wrist For Raping Underage Prostitute

If you’re going to rape a 16-year-old prostitute, I recommend being a highly paid professional athlete. Last May, Lawrence Taylor, a former football player for the New York Giants, was arrested for hiring a 15-year-old girl who was prostituted out by a pimp at a Holiday Inn in New York. The 51-year-old was charged with third-degree rape because of the victim’s age, which includes charges of sex with a minor.
