Anne Hathaway Has A Camera Up Her Crotch

Or at least that’s what she told Conan O’Brien last night … in the form of a Lil’ Wayne-inspired rap song. Is there anything Anne Hathaway can’t do? The “Dark Knight Rises” star revealed how the art of rap helped her deal with the persistent paparazzi attention surrounding the movie. Whether “Pop, Pop, Pop” will be a Billboard Top 100 is rather irrelevant—we think it’s ah-maz-ing. Our favorite line by far is “Don’t act so hotsy-totsy, bitch, I know that you from Jersey!” We sense a Lil’ Wayne collaboration remixed by DJ Pauly D on the horizon. Lady Gaga Is A (Not Very Convincing) Mermaid

I have a mermaid fixation. And secretly, I have been waiting for the day when Lady Gaga tied her legs together and started rocking a mermaid tail. I thought if any pop star out there could do it spectacularly, it would be her since she really commits to her fashion choices. I mean, a Lady Gaga mermaid music video would be out of this world under the sea! So you can imagine my disappointment when I saw this clip of Gaga performing “The Edge of Glory” on the French talk show, “Le Grand Journal.” That tail is so ill fitting and chintzy and hardly convincing at all! And since when do mermaids raid Lisa Turtle‘s closet before getting on stage? A note to Gaga’s costume designer: love the concept, but the execution could be so much better, even if she’s going to rip it off and dance in the end. See: Donna Martin’s mermaid Halloween costume on “Beverly Hills, 90210.” It really set the bar high. [Idolator] Keep reading »

Grover Turns Off The Dark

Ahhh, Grover. In this video, “Sesame Street” spoofs “Spider-man: Turn Off The Dark,” the musical that’s left several stars injured and is only ready to open after a whopping seven months of previews and revisions. If only Grover could actually save the musical. [BuzzFeed] Keep reading »

Katie Couric In “Kate Plus 80″

On Tuesday night, Katie Couric sat down with Jimmy Kimmel to talk about where she’s going from here. She discussed her new talk show but also said that she has a new reality series in the works. “I’m particularly excited about that. That’s what clinched the deal for me,” she said. “Because, you know, I thought people really deserved an inside look at my life because it’s so fascinating,” Cut to a promo of “Kate Plus 80.” “Okay you little monsters, dinner time,” Katie yells into a bullhorn, before slingshotting pasta and spaghetti sauce all over a big group of kids. “You get what you get and you don’t get upset.” Who knew she had good comedic timing?

Joe Gorga Of “The Real Housewives Of New Jersey,” In Drag

Yesterday, we introduced you to our new favorite “Real Housewives” cast member, Joe Gorga, aka Teresa Giudice‘s younger brother. So far this season, he has been stealing scenes from both his sister and his wife, new housewife Melissa Gorga. Then came last night’s Halloween episode, in which Joe dressed up as … Snooki. “You’re really a Jersey chick now, honey. You look like your sister,” says Melissa watching him slink into a gold, leopard-print dress and put on a pouffy wig. Then Joe looks Melissa up and down and says, “I look better than you as a woman.” Classic. Keep reading »

Lady Gaga Explains The Egg, Eats David Letterman’s Notes

Lady Gaga‘s much hyped Born This Way drops this week, which has our girl hitting the publicity circuits even harder than usual. In addition to being the musical guest on the season finale of “Saturday Night Live” this past weekend and having a threesome with Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg, yesterday Gaga sat down with David Letterman for a chat. During the interview, Lady Gaga explained her new vehicle of choice, the egg. “It’s a place where I can meditate and experience rebirth,” she said. “So I just get inside of it and close it, and then when I feel that I have been reborn spiritually, I just, whoo, come out.” Keep reading »

Gwyneth Paltrow Raps “Straight Outta Compton”

Gwyneth Paltrow is full of surprises, and not just the salvia growing in her backyard. During an appearance on “The Graham Norton Show” this week, she shared that she is a huge fan of ’90s hip-hop. Apparently, she’s super into NWA and so Graham had her rap part of “Straight Outta Compton,” beeping out the bad words, natch. Oh, and with Geoffrey Rush beatboxing in the background. Keep reading »

Colin Farrell And Ellen DeGeneres Make Like Vampires In The Bathroom

I love the adorable things Ellen DeGeneres has guests do when they’re on the show. Her latest brilliant idea? (Or at least, her writers’ latest brilliant idea?) While Colin Farrell was on the show to promote his new movie, a remake of the ’80s classic “Fright Night,” she and Colin dressed up in vampire costumes and hid in the studio bathroom, jumping out to terrify studio audience members. Cute. Also adorable—Colin’s reaction to Ellen asking him about playing a vampire. “It’s a novel idea in this day and age,” he joked. “When I heard they were making it, I was kinda like, ‘Oh Hollywood, what a bunch of unoriginal idiots. They’re going to destroy one of my favorite films. But then I read the script and I was like, ‘No. I like it.’” Hey, at least he’s honest. [Huffington Post] Keep reading »

Jennifer Lopez’s First Gig Was Back-Up Dancing For New Kids On The Block

Last night, Jennifer Lopez sat down for an interview with Jay Leno and he asked her about her first dance gig. “I got a job working as a back-up dancer for New Kids on the Block,” she said. “It was dancing for them on the American Music Awards and it was a big deal. That was a long time ago.” Jay then informed her that the exact year was 1991 and that he had the video footage ready to roll. Above, check out Jennifer hanging tough with the guys. Keep reading »

Tina Fey, Amy Poehler & Rachel Dratch Reunite At The “Jersey Shore”

Last night on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,” Tina Fey and Amy Poehler joined Jimmy in a “Jersey Shore” spoof. Both of the ladies looked pretty hot with their mega-extensions and bustiers as they rolled into a club and started dancing with the guys. Tina’s opening line? “I wanna make babies wit’ you.” But the best was when Rachel Dratch, aka “Drootchie,” appeared and they had a threeway girlfight. Sure, maybe the spoof is a little late to the party, but I still loved it. [PopEater] Keep reading »
