Whoa, check out Quinn Fabray! I have never thought anything bad about Dianna Agron, but I’ve never thought much about her at all. Dianna Agron was good on Glee, but she generally didn’t have a lot to do on the show besides careen wildly between good and evil, depending on what drove the plot from week to week. Other than that I don’t know much about her besides the fact that she’s a pretty blonde who seems destined to star in generic romantic movies with titles like A Love to Hold and Stay With Me and The Remembering. But she just posted a new photo to Twitter, and it makes me see her in a completely different light. Read more on The Gloss…
Kendall Jenner is topless on the cover of the July issue of Love magazine, and something about the cover’s kiddie-style layout feels super skeevy to me. Despite the very grownup-looking photo, the font on the cover is really childlike, and the twee little cartoon flowers and snails don’t help either. Beyond the weirdness of referring to an adult woman posing nude as a “girl,” it’s kind of impossible not to make the association that American Girl is also the title of a magazine and doll line for young girls. Ick. It’s tough not to think of 18-year-old Kendall as perpetually young because she’s always been the little sister to the other Kardashian ladies, and I know she’s a legal grownup now, but I just can’t get past the creep factor. Does anybody else find it totally offputting? [Huffington Post]

“Within minutes there were hundreds of people taking pictures, and they didn’t know what to do with these boobs,” Esco told The Frisky. “After 10 minutes, I said to them, ‘[Our nipples are] not going anywhere, so let’s have a conversation.’ And we did. And I realized that the conversation was only getting bigger, and the nipple was this Trojan Horse that was going to reveal so many things. And I knew I had to do this film.”
The film she is referring to is called “Free The Nipple,” which addresses the societal aversion to women’s nipples. After her Occupy Wall Street experience, Esco immediately came home and started working on a script; she found herself eager to explore why women’s bodies were subject to a whole different set of rules and norms than the bodies of men. By mid-2012, she had raised enough money and started filming in New York City with Zach Grenier from “Law & Order” and “The Good Wife” and Lola Kirke, sister of “Girls” star Jemima. Despite the fact that going topless in New York is legal (as opposed to the 35 states where it is illegal for women to be topless) filming shut down by police. Keep reading »
Fashion mogul Diane von Furstenberg told NYMag.com’s The Cut that women over a certain age should not go sans shirt. The site asked what she thought about Instagram’s policy on female nudity, which has been debated heavily lately after Scout Willis went topless in New York to protest the app’s banning of female breasts.
