Little Ms. Hilary Duff is all grown up, no longer lives at home, is making serious films, and befriending Scorpions. She’s also really coming into her own-style wise. The once adorable pop tart showed up at the 3rd Annual LOVEDAY Cartier Benefit in a striking, strapless blue Phillip Lim dress which she toughened up with a pair of vixen-esque gladiator pumps (we all know these are the end all, be all when it comes to trends at the moment).
