To mark the upcoming 10th anniversary(!) of the “Friends” finale, People magazine used the power of Photoshop to unite the show’s stars with their younger selves. While some of the transformations are more dramatic than others (David Schwimmer has definitely earned himself a spot in the “celebrities who never age” club), they’re all very entertaining — if only for the amazing ’90s fashion trends the younger Friends are rocking. Wow do I not miss the button-up tank top vest. But I digress. Take a look at the rest of the cast photos after the jump! Keep reading »
Let’s talk teen idols. I was born a few years after “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” came to be, but that didn’t stop me from idolizing the hell out of Sloane Peterson. The fringed white leather jacket! Those doe eyes! That cavalier side-part flip! She was, and continues to be, the coolest. I wonder almost every day what Mia Sara is up to. I’ve actually thought about tracking her down, calling up Matthew Broderick, and showing up on her doorstep together in full movie regalia, but what do you know, our friends over at Stylelist beat me to the punch! Unsurprisingly, she’s still a total babe (so choice, in fact), and I still totally want to be her. [Stylelist]
Can you believe Kirsten Dunst turns 30 today? The actress has grown up in front of the cameras, getting her first big break in 1994 as the eternally young ”Claudia” opposite Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt in ”Interview with a Vampire” when she was only 12 years old.
Since then she’s done killer comedies like ”Drop Dead Gorgeous” and ”Bring It On” and more serious fare like ”The Virgin Suicides,” ”Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” and most recently ”Melancholia.” She also had her biggest role to date playing Mary Jane Watson in Sam Raimi’s ”Spider-Man”movies.
While Claudia was doomed to be a child forever, Dunst has drastically changed through the years — see what she and her co-stars all look like today in this gallery!
Before he was a real life stripper-turned-actor, Channing Tatum was just an adorable little kid who liked to play Cowboys & Indians. In celebration of Tatum’s 32nd birthday on Thursday, his mom Kay shared the cute photo with his official website.
According to Kay, Tatum was just four years old in when the shot was taken. “I don’t think this was Halloween or anything,” she added. “He had lots of outfits for play, for instance, soldiers, police, karate, cowboy, etc. He was always ‘the actor’ :)”
Too cute! Check out more stars before they were famous in the gallery here!
