This past weekend, celebs came out to support The Trevor Project, a national nonprofit dedicated to helping lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning teens through suicide prevention and crisis counseling. Lady Gaga was honored with a Trevor Hero Award for her efforts to help young people in LGBTQ community, while Amy Poehler and Neil Patrick Harris performed.
