Our Lady Of The Whistle Register, Mariah Carey, is packing up her furs, her gloves, Nick Cannon’s undershirts and #dembabies and setting up shop at The Colosseum in Las Vegas, according to ABC News. She announced the news on today on “The Ellen Show.” Here’s what we know so far: It will be called “Mariah Carey #1s” and will be a medley of all of her biggest hits, including “Hero”, “Dreamlover” and all the other songs you belt at home when no one’s watching. Tickets go on sale today, and her residency starts on May 6. To celebrate, please enjoy the clip of Mariah casually running through the notes only a dolphin can hear, above. [ABC News]
You remember the “Apparently Kid,” who won us over earlier this year during his impromptu broadcast on a local news channel? Well, he’s back to remind us why we love him so.
Noah Ritter, the blunt kindergartner who’s incredibly fond of the word “apparently,” visited Ellen DeGeneres again after the talk show host sent him out for a day of fun at the Texas fair. From his trip, we learned that he hates LA pizza, has no problem telling other people how to drive, is nicknamed “Noah Police Junior,” why the TVs in hotels are “a big fail,” and that mirrored mazes aren’t his strong suit. Never change, Noah. Never change. [Mashable]
Rebel Wilson appeared on “The Ellen Show” on Wednesday, to promote her new music/glee clug movie extravaganza, “Pitch Perfect.” To commemorate the occasion, Rebel and Ellen partook in a little Salt ‘N Pepa. Watch their hilariously on-point version of “Shoop.”
