Has anyone else noticed that there are a lot of little ginger babies popping up in Hollywood and from non-ginger parents? There’s Will Arnett and Amy Poehler’s son Abel. And Natalie Portman’s son Aleph. And, pictured here, Haven Warren, daughter to Jessica Alba and Cash Warren. I am such a sucker from strawberry strands and a Big, Serious Baby expression. He may not have time for a relationship, but he’s got time to take a nap … with his nephew. Look at this picture whenever your hormones need jumpstarting. [WOW]
Look at Mini Prince on his little red Vespa! Oh, the mustache! Somewhere in my ovaries, doves are crying. [Ego Mash Posse]
My overactive hormones and I have maybe watched this baby announcement — a time-lapse video showing a woman’s growing pregnant belly over the course of nine months — more than once. More than twice even. So adorable and lovely.
The adorably talented kids from Brooklyn’s PS22 Chorus have done it again! This time, they’re taking on Rihanna’s hot track “We Found Love” — one of my favorites! — giving the song a uniquely innocent and hopeful flair. Loves it.
Eight-year-old Zoe fronts the rock group The Mini-Band, and she also knows how to play tons of killer riffs on guitar. We’re hoping she can team up with fellow 8-year-old, hardcore singer Juliet, for the ultimate kick ass, hard-rockin’ duo. [Neatorama]
I grew up with one foot in the hardcore music scene. I say only one foot because the scene was largely dominated by aggressive dudes bent on expressing themselves through violence, pushing girls to the back to act as real, live “coathangers” (i.e. coatholders) for the boys. But that may all be changing if 8-year-old Aussie Juliet has anything to say about it. Juliet recorded this incredible hardcore song and video about how much she loves her dog Robert and her fish. So maybe hardcore’s getting better, after all. [YouTube]
Real talk: I’m not so much a fan of babies. I know, it’s like my biological imperative or whatever, but I like dogs better. Anyways, this Husky puppy somehow makes this crying baby actually STOP CRYING with its adorable yawping. It’s like the dog is saying, “HEY BABY, do you even HEAR yourself? This is what you sound like, only less cute.” [YouTube]
Meet Arthur. Arthur’s mom, Emily Cleaver, is a photographer and she likes using him to reenact classic scenes from movies. Here he is, rocking a solitary tear, in “The Blair Witch Project.” Consider this reason #3872 that I want a baby: using said baby as an adorable prop in my creative endeavors. Click onward to see Arthur in classic scenes from “The Godfather,” “Alien,” and “Rambo: First Blood,” amongst others. And check out his mom’s blog — with tons more photos of Arthur working the camera — here. [Flavorwire]
