Just when I thought New York Fashion Week was going to come and go without any designer sending a sequined, feathered, red-nippled bustier down the runway, The Blonds (who also designed the outfit for Drag Queen Barbie) come through for me. Phew, that was close.
We take it back–technically, you could re-create the amazing nail look at The Blonds’ fun, wacky show, but we would recommend stepping away from the broken glass part. Creative Nail Design nailist Kristina Esterbrooks used CND Coulours in Scarlet Letter, Blackjack and Brilliant white nail enamels mixed with crushed glass and glitter to make beautifully bright and textured nails that looked so perfect with the modern-day glamor-puss hair and makeup.
