Designer Jeremy Scott — he of the world’s most ridiculous sunglasses — is following in James Franco’s legendary footsteps by guesting on a soap opera. On today’s episode of “The Young and the Restless,” Scott and his ever-interesting coif is decked out in a wildly embellished matador jacket and bitchy scowl.
