If you’ve seen “The Face,” then you already know that former Victoria’s Secret Angel Karolina Kurkova is, like, the coolest. (Naomi Campbell, on the other hand? Not the coolest. But she’s Naomi Campbell, so there’s that.) The model and mom seems ridiculously down-to-earth and relatable, aside from being, you know, one of the most famous faces in the world. Oh, and she doesn’t have a bellybutton. Anyway! I loooove this casual-meets-chic look, and although some of these pieces are pretty unique, it’s easy to recreate a similar look on the cheap. I’ll show you how… Keep reading »
Love her or hate her, you have to give respect to Anne Hathaway for daring to leave the house in all white. More respect, too, because she’s carrying a bottle of rosé. And that shit can get messy.
Wearing white is a skill I just don’t possess. There are always salad dressing accidents, coffee splashing incidents, ink smears, chocolate marks and the like. Which is why I’m kind of in awe of AHaths for this one. Nope, I will probably never see “Les Miserables,” but I will certainly give her an award for “Best Job At Tempting The Wine Gods.”
Anyway, if you, like Anne, can keep your spills in check, then go ahead and copy this gorgeous outfit. We’ve got all the deets after the jump. Keep reading »
Here we have Elizabeth Banks modeling the perfect outfit for spring weekends: comfy chambray shirt, cuffed colored jeans, simple sandals, fabulous handbag, and ridiculously huge sunglasses. She wore this ensemble to the hair salon, but you could wear it to brunch with friends, wandering around the farmers’ market, thrift shopping, traffic court, or wherever else your weekend might take you. The best part? I found all the pieces for around $70 or less. Get the shopping details after the jump! Keep reading »
I’m really excited to debut a new feature today called Style Stealer (Plus!). As much as I love putting together affordable versions of celeb outfits in our regular Style Stealer posts, I don’t like limiting these fabulous fashions to sizes 0-12, so I decided to start a weekly plus-size version. We’re kicking things off with Lauren Conrad’s foxy leather pants and breezy blouse, but if you come across a celeb look you’d like to recreate in your size, shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll see what I can do! After the jump, check out all the components of Lauren’s outfit–all in plus sizes, all for $50 or less… Keep reading »
It was nice in New York for approximately five minutes yesterday, and that must have been when Bethenny Frankel was out and about with her friend. Seriously, she caught the 20 minutes before it started getting cold again, and is immaculately turned out for a spring stroll. We’re really feeling this coral and silver/grey ensemble — especially those coated grey skinny jeans.
Find out how to get those — for cheap! — and more, after the jump!

Royal couple William and Kate recently paid a visit to the UK’s Warner Bros. studio to see where the “Harry Potter” movies were filmed and play with props from the Hogwarts set. (Best. Royal. Perk. Ever.) Kate wore an adorable polka dot dress from Topshop that’s obviously sold out now, but don’t worry, I found a similar one for even cheaper than the Topshop version, plus everything else you’ll need to recreate her fabulous outfit. Read on for shopping details! Keep reading »
Hold up. The Victoria Beckham, in an outfit that could actually be recreated by a mere mortal? For real! Sure, Posh’s look probably cost somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 million dollars, and this one will only set you back $288, but still. They’re almost the same! This neutral look, accented with a flash of bright orange, looks fabulous on VB — and it’ll look fabulous on you, too. (Sorry, perfect baby angel child accessory not included at this time.) NYC has been having some pretty lovely spring temperatures for a few days, but it suddenly got brisk again over the weekend. That didn’t stop January Jones from going barelegged though — and I’m especially impressed considering she’s used to those balmy Southern California days. What we ladies do for the right outfit, amiright? I will save my own barelegged attempt at this chic outfit for a warmer day — I’m not as burly as January is. Get the deets after the jump! I’ve loved Emily Blunt ever since her delightfully bitchy turn as Meryl Streep’s assistant in “The Devil Wears Prada.” Her marriage to John Krasinski has only increased my desire to be her BFF (can you imagine couples game night with those two?!). Emily was recently photographed looking cute and casual while strolling through the airport, and I want to steal her style. You too? Shopping details after the jump! Keep reading »
How is it that I am actually aware of who Sophia Bush is? I never watched “One Tree Hill” and I’m pretty sure it’s no longer on TV. Oh wait, I just IMDBed her — doing my research, thank you very much – and it seems Sophia is now on a show called “Partners” and there is a reason that she’s still famous. And in this conservative (button-up shirt) and funky (studded shoes and leopard clutch) outfit, Sophia looks to be taking her career seriously, as it seems like the perfect outfit to wear when meeting with your manager and agent to discuss future opportunities. Copycat details after the jump! Keep reading »
