Working out is a necessary part of life, and whether you’re a marathon runner or an elliptical pro, one fact remains the same: You can’t exercise in the nude. We’re always interested in cute, affordable workout clothes because, though we don’t want to spend money on stuff we’re just going to sweat in, it’s important to be happy with what we’re wearing. Now, thanks to Forever 21′s new line of workout paraphernalia, we can stock up on everything from socks to cute sports bras and spend the money we save on regular clothes that show off our hard work.

An Underwire Sports Bra Could End Your Workout Woes

I am a busty lady, and what might suck most about it is never finding a supportive sports bra—I’ve always had to wear two to make sure the Boobsey Twins stay in place when I’m on a run or working out. While there are solutions out there for C, D, and larger cupped ladies, I find a lot of these bras are either made for women who also have larger bodies or they’re simply so freakin’ ugly that I just can’t bring myself to wear what looks like some t-shirt flotation device. My latest discovery is this Adidas “Simia” sports bra with underwire (underwire—thank you!). Website Proves That Some Boobs Are Jigglier Than Others

As those of us proud owners know, sometimes the boob jiggle factor can be really annoying during strenuous activities. Well, a New Zealand sports bra company, Shock Absorber, is combating jiggle one pair at a time. On their website, they have a very strange bounce-o-meter feature where you type in your cup size, select your activity level, and watch those girls shake. The big selling point? It shows you the jiggle factor of the girls in three states—-naked jiggle, with regular bra, and with a Shock Absorber sports bra. Sold! [Buzzfeed]

When it comes to exercising, rarely do we expect fun. But getting our asses to the gym is bad enough without having to stuff the girls into ill-fitting sports bras, cutting off circulation and inspiring fits of anger while we’re operating heavy machinery. Sports Bra To The Rescue!

An American hiker stranded in the Bavarian Alps used her sports bra as a signal, and she attracted the attention of lumberjacks. She had attached it to a cable and when the cable car started moving up the mountain, the bra reached a worker at the base. “She’s a very smart girl, and she acted very resourcefully,” said Berchtesgaden police officer Lorenz Rasp. “She kept her shirt and jacket for warmth, but thought the sports bra could work as a signal.” This Lily of France bra could save your life one day.
