Awesomely Affordable: 12 Wonderful Wallets Under $100

Must Haves Wallets

I need a new wallet. I know I need a new wallet because I never use the one I have, and instead randomly shove all my cash and credit cards into random crevices in my purse. You can imagine how awkward and cumbersome this can be, especially when you’re at a checkout counter and you’re pulling random dollar bills and sweater lint from your bag. That’s why I’ve dug deep and found 12 affordable-ish wallet options (guys, real leather does not come cheap), to get your — and my — wallet game looking tight.

Compassionate Fashion: 9 Gorgeous Made-In-New-York Dresses By Nanette Lepore

I’m well acquainted with designer Nanette Lepore because I’ve lusted after many of her gorgeous dresses while browsing the racks at my favorite department stores. But before I read the amazing book Overdressed, I didn’t know that Lepore was one of the few designers who still produces the majority of her clothing in the USA — to be exact, 80% of her line is made in New York City. This manufacturing decision comes at a price: most of her pieces retail for between $250 and $400, but you’re paying for good craftsmanship, better fabric quality, and the assurance that the people who make your clothes are being compensated fairly. If you’ve been saving up for a really special dress, I would suggest taking a gander at Nanette Lepore’s offerings. Click through to check out some of my favorites!

Must Haves: 10 Anything-But-Basic Summer Tees

OKAY, CONFESSION TIME. (God, I feel like I’m always confessing! So much latent guilt!) I love a good breezy tank top as much as the next human being with temperature receptors, but honestly, I don’t necessarily feel like shaving my armpits every day in the summer. I also personally (PERSONALLY! YOU DO YOU!) don’t like the look of my unshaven underarms, which places me in quite the quandary indeed. Will I bro out in a tank top with my stubbly armpits, or will I wear a long-sleeved shirt and sweat out all day? There ought to be some happy medium — and, duh, there is. A good short-sleeved summer tee is not to be underestimated, and there’s certainly no dearth of cute ones. Here are 10 that I would like to see magically appear in my closet right now…

Must Haves: 10 Black Summer Sundresses

As I write this, I am committing a moral transgression of sartorial infidelity: I’m cheating on my ever-faithful black-filled wardrobe today with a pink floral sundress, and I feel just terrible about it. It wasn’t until I left the house that the reality — and, with it, the guilt — set in. I’ll be spending the remainder of the day coming up with a variety of ways to repent for my style sins, so don’t be surprised if you spot me at confession. But first, let’s start with these 10 black summer dresses that I totally could have (and should have) worn today …
