“Buffy the Vampire Slayer” did it once. “Glee” does it every week. Tonight’s “Grey’s Anatomy” will be a musical episode, tasking the cast with belting out tunes like The Fray’s “How to Save a Life,” Snow Patrol’s “Chasing Cars,” and Brandi Carlile’s “The Story.” The standout star of the night will be Sara Rameriez, who won a Tony for her performance in “Spamalot” on Broadway before joining the cast of “Grey’s.” The episode focuses around her, as her character Callie Torres dreams up the whole melody-filled thing when she is seriously injured in a car accident.
