The latest video from hot foodie blog Immaculate Infatuation — run by the infinitely edible Andrew Steinthal and Chris Stang — combines three of my favorite things: hot dudes (in the form of “Top Chef” alum Sam Talbot), surfing (instructed by famed pro surfer Donavon Frankenreiter), and fish tacos (served up at Talbot’s Long Island restaurant, Surf Lodge).
