Tonight, at 10pm on LOGO, the final episode of the best show in the universe, “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” airs. Will the new reigning Queen be my fave, the fabulous chameleon Nina Flores, the regal glamazon Bebe Zahara Benet, or that nasty bitch Rebecca Glasscock? Ugh, you just know that ho is going to wind up doing hair and make up at Glamour Shots when this is all over! Anyway, now that season one is almost done, fingers crossed there’ll be a season two — with a twist. Bring on the M-E-N! RuPaul’s Drag Race: Ongina Gets The Boot

Last night, the Queen of all Queens, RuPaul, had to cast off a contestant from her “Drag Race.” And sadly, she picked cute-as-a-button Ongina, who, in the last episode, won the MAC makeup challenge to become the spokesmodel for their AIDS charity. Winning also gave her the courage to bravely admit on national television that she was HIV positive. When it comes to being fierce, there is no one fine-ah then Ongina! So, WTF, Ru?! Seriously, how could they let trashy-talking and dressing Rebecca Glasscock (who always looks like she just came off the set of a gonzo porno in her hiked up homemade spandex outfits) stay, while my precious Ongina sashayed away? Both he and Kate Beckinsale’s director husband, Len Wiseman, have been seen strutting around LA in sandals to show off their colorful polish. But with around 30% of salon clients being male, they’re not the only bros getting their feet professionally pedicured. RuPaul’s Drag Race: You Betta Work!

Last night, “RuPaul’s Drag Race” premiered on LOGO and since then I’ve been strutting around my apartment trying to impersonate female impersonators. Those girls have got it going on! When the contestants were all hosed down washing cars for their first photo shoot, not one of those hos lost their makeup. While I get runny mascara if I just break a sweat, the drenched drag stars were still flawless! How do they do it?! (See video above) The contestants are full of surprises, just like the show. Although there is one particular casting that stood out — Santino Rice from “Project Runway” is a judge. Sadly, he’s total d-bag as a panelist. Bummer. I liked him better when he was impersonating the gentleman judge, Tim Gunn. But RuPaul has been lifted up to where she belongs, as the mother hen of how to work it! She advises the glitterati as a man, but then snaps into her persona once they’re all gussied up. Her delivery is as strikingly seductive as her look. Glowing in soft light and blonde curls, Ru looked straight into the camera as she said to the two contestants facing elimination: “Lip sync — for your life!” All hail the Queen! Keep reading »
