It’s official. Frank and Claire Underwood are officially my favorite married couple currently on TV. “House of Cards”‘ calculating vice president (played by Kevin Spacey) and his powerful and beautiful wife (played by Robin Wright) are proof that the couple that lies, schemes and smokes together, stays together, by any means necessary. Netflix just debuted the second season of the Washington, D.C., drama over the weekend and if you’re as obsessed as I am, you’ve already finished watching all 13 episodes. By god, should I ever get married someday, please let my relationship be as committed and focused as this one. After all, the most successful and long lasting partnerships are between people who bring out the
good best in each other. Here’s a guide to how to have a completely non-traditional, sexy and ruthless marriage just like Frank and Claire Underwood. (Be warned: this post contains spoilers about season two.) Keep reading »
Months after finalllllly splitting with longtime girlfriend Kristen Stewart (who cheated on him with her “Snow White and the Huntsman” director) and dipping his glitter-y man stick in Katy Perry and Riley Keough, has Robert Pattinson got himself a new lady love? Us Weekly says that the “Twilight” star has been dating 22-year-old model Dylan Penn for two months. Dylan is the daughter of Sean Penn and Robin Wright, who divorced in 2010 and also have a 20-year-old son named Hopper together. Robert and Dylan have been spotted “canoodling” and she has apparently visited him on the set of one of his movies [that no one cares about because it's not "Twilight"]. Hmm, I don’t know anything about Dylan — other than she is obviously very beautiful thanks to those half-Spicoli, half-Buttercup genes — but I do know Papa Penn has a notoriously bad temper, so I hope RPattz doesn’t go breaking any hearts and his fans don’t do any excessive smack-talking. You guys, can you believe that “The Princess Bride” is 25 years old? It’s easily one of my favorite movies — and, actually, I really love the book too — that I can watch over and over again. Rob Reiner, Robin Wright, and Cary Elwes (who, sniff, is just not as dashing as he used to be) sat down for an interview on “The Today Show” and revealed that the chemistry between Buttercup and Wesley was legit. Quick clip above!
Perhaps it’s my loyalty to Princess Buttercup (from “The Princess Bride”), but I shook my fists and cried “inconceivable!” every time there were rumors that Sean Penn was running around on Robin Wright, his wife of 13 years. When the two finally split in 2010, Penn took up with a string of models, finally dating much younger Scarlett Johansson for a bit. Ugh, how typical, I thought. So it pleases me greatly to see Robin, 45, finally get some love of her own — and from a youthful source as well! She’s apparently dating her “Rampart” co-star Ben Foster — an ex of Kirsten Dunst — who is 14 years younger at 31. [Just Jared]
