According to a new study in the Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology, one in three young women are using withdrawal — aka “the pull out method” — as a regular form of contraception.
Withdrawal requires the male to pull his penis out of the female’s vagina (hopefully) before he ejaculates during sex, thus minimizing chance of pregnancy. While this is not an ideal method of birth control, it’s apparently pretty commonplace — and surprisingly, considered by some experts to be almost as effective as condoms.

If he really doesn’t want to screw things up with an accidental pregnancy (she is a Victoria’s Secret model, after all), they may want to consider using a more reliable form of birth control, like, you know, condoms or the Pill or the IUD?
