A TV program in terrible taste, on which a young man who looks nothing like Prince Harry posed as the eligible royal, has been unjustly and unfairly canceled by Fox. Yes, “I Wanna Marry Harry” is dunzo after only a few episodes. Entertainment Weekly reports that as of next week, “Harry” will only be available online on Fox.com and On Demand. The dating competition has been pulled because it was “hammered by critics” and “largely ignored by viewers.” WELL, IT WASN’T IGNORED BY ME. I’ve always been a big fan of beards on dudes, but as I’m typically attracted to dark-haired men, I’d never really considered whether I’m attracted to ginger beards or blonde beards. I’ve recently started binge-watching “Sons of Anarchy,” which has put me firmly on Team Blonde Beard thanks to Jax Teller. Now these photos of Prince Harry, playing some football on Christmas Eve Day, have me totally popping a girl boner for ginger beards as well. He looks so dashing and manly and ruddy and grrrrrr. Speculation, schmeckulation. As far as Tatler Magazine is concerned, Prince Harry and 24-year-old Cressida Bonas are dating.
The two were introduced last May by Harry’s cousin Princess Eugenie at The Valley music festival, which raised money for Harry’s Big Change Charitable Trust. Gym, tan and laundry was not on the agenda — but Prince Harry did hit up the Mantoloking, New Jersey boardwalk on his United States tour to view damage by Superstorm Sandy and play boardwalk games with Governor Chris Christie and some kiddies.
