Generally, the Hilton sisters (remember them?) aren’t known for being subtle or casual. So it’s all the more remarkable that Nicky, the lesser Hilton sis, is actually pulling just that off. If it were her sister Paris, I’m sure she’d be accessorizing that cool plaid jacket with some horrific glitter jewelry, or a frilly pink scarf. But Nicki’s really working a more subdued look.
