Question: Is there any occasion in which R. Kelly joining some band on stage to perform “Ignition (Remix)” doesn’t lead the internet to explode with a chorus of “OMGBESTTHINGEVERRR!!!”? I think not. And R. Kelly getting on stage with Phoenix at this weekend’s Coachella Musical Festival is no exception. Above, Kelly and the band attack “Ignition” remixed with “1901″ and “I’m A Flirt.” Not gonna lie, I died a little inside.
Will we ever get sick of Snooki? Perhaps, but we aren’t there yet. The “Jersey Shore” star did red carpet interviews at last weekend’s Grammys, including this priceless conversation with the guys from Phoenix. Snooki requests they sing a song, tells Laurent Brancowitz he looks like Edward Cullen, and asks them what they call guidos in France. If her reality TV career doesn’t stick, Snooki should become a regular at awards shows. Red carpet interviews would be so much more interesting with her interrogating celebrities.
