Celebuzz is reporting that 9-year-old Noah Cyrus is launching a children’s “lingerie” collection called Ooh! La, La! Couture. We wouldn’t hold it past the girl who did a so-wrong rendition of “Smack That” to make such a move, but it seemed slightly unlikely to us. So, here’s what we gather—the designs aren’t so much lingerie as they are slutty dress-up clothes, and in fact appear falsely credited to Noah.
