Next time you wake up late and only have a few minutes to get ready for work, save time stressing over what to wear and just throw on your favorite black and white pieces. Like the outfit my favorite do-nothing socialite Olivia Palermo is rocking above, sticking with black and white is a guaranteed way to look at least a little pulled together, no matter how frazzled you might feel inside. I love how Olivia has layered a fitted honeycomb sweater over an oversized button-down and skinny tuxedo pants — the proportions are so flattering. Find out how to get the look above, after the jump!

Olivia Palermo always has to have the last word, doesn’t she? Swooping on in with yet another covetable outfit, just in time to be our last Style Stealer of 2013. And in an Old Navy sweater to boot! Now, I would totally wear this outfit myself, except I am prone to butt sweat, which is only exacerbated by wearing leather. Seriously, I put on leather and I instantly turn into Ross Gellar in the leather pants episode of “Friends.” But the rest of you who don’t have over-active sweat glands in your butt cheek area should totally recreate her full outfit and make me jealous. (Full shopping details are after the jump!) Keep reading »
Here’s what happens far, far, far too often when I’m working on a Style Stealer. I see a celeb in an outfit I think is awesome and I think to myself, Oh cool, this will be easy to steal — I’ve seen [INSERT EXTREMELY TRENDY KEY ITEM] everywhere! I embark upon my quest, searching for each item that makes up the outfit, only to discover that the key item I saw everywhere literally just days ago is somehow gone. Sold out, suddenly nowhere to be found, maybe never existed, whatever. It’s like I dreamt up the ubiquitousness of this item. But because I am totally ADD/OCD, I end up hyper-focusing on replicating that outfit, even though it’s no longer nearly as simple, and suddenly, three hours later, I have a Style Stealer that is cute, but probably better described as inspired by the original celeb’s look, rather than a remotely-close replica. I both feel like a failure (for spending such a ridiculous amount of time on something so silly) and victorious (for completing a task I set out to accomplish, dammit).
Such is the case with this Olivia Palermo look. That sleeveless white blazer? Everywhere last week, NOWHERE today. In my exhaustive research, however, I have learned that this item is also called a “gilet” or “waistcoat,” so it wasn’t a total waste of my time. Anyway, I ended up going with a regular ol’ white blazer with black details, layed over a black jumpsuit with a similar lacy neckline, and a jeweled clutch that is just as fancy as Olivia’s, but looks nothing like it. Ugh, whatever. Click on for the shopping details!

Over the weekend, I saw this photo of Olivia Palermo, decked out in ripped jeans, a classic white blouse and red stilettos, pop up on my Pinterest dashboard, like, five times. It was clearly a sign from the Style Stealing Gods, instructing me to recreate her outfit. When the universe speaks, I listen! Especially when it involves tracking down sexy fuck me heels for less than $60. Details after the jump! Keep reading »
Olivia Palermo, full-time socialite, snotty girl who shops, and St. Bart’s vacationer, is just like us in one very tiny way — she shops at ASOS! And wears dresses that are actually affordable! Like this cute paisley number, which I found so you could copycat her look. The stacks of cash no doubt stuffed in that tote of hers are not included unforch. I can only do so much. Keep reading »
Olivia Palermo is definitely famous, but the rest of the details are unclear. The “socialite” doesn’t really seem to be famous for any particular reason aside from being immaculately-dressed and beautiful and having
played been that bitchy girl on that one reality TV show that one time. Also, she’s photographed on vacation, like, constantly, alongside her gorgeous, equally funemployed “model” boyfriend, Johannes Huebl. One such adorable vacation for this adorable couple was to pay a visit to the Maasai Mara Reserve in Kenya, where Olivia has been named the Maasai Project Ambassador. The Maasai Project employs more than 1,600 Maasai women to hand-embroider accessories in order to earn a stable source of income, which is obviously an awesome idea, but couldn’t they have chosen someone better, a celebrity with a little more soul than Olivia “Greenwich, Connecticut, Mascot” Palermo? I’m not saying she’s a bad person or anything, I don’t know her personally, but the ensuing lookbook showing Palermo standing alongside the Maasai tribe is all sorts of cringe-worthy. Socialites, man! [Maasai.Pikolinos.com]
We tend to crack on socialite Olivia Palermo for not having a job and therefore possessing tons of time to work on looking perfect in every outfit she wears. But you guys, Olivia has a new job! She’s shooting a new reality show, which I will likely hate-watch. And yet despite the distraction of responsibilities she is still dressing flawlessly. How does she do it? Who knows, but I do know how you can replicate this casual but polished look on a non-reality star’s budget. Deets after the jump! Keep reading »
Olivia Palermo totally called the paps on herself yesterday — there’s a whole series of shots of her just standing around on those super uncomfortable cobblestones in NYC’s Meatpacking District. She’s practically posing for the cameras. Like Paris Hilton, I cannot comprehend what her life must be like. Spa dates and beach vacations and buying shoes that cost more than our apartments. But whatever, I ain’t mad at it, because she totally works it. I mean, she always looks impeccable and photograph-ready, which, I suppose, is the point. [Photo: Pacific Coast News]

Olivia Palermo, man. So far as I can tell, Olivia doesn’t seem to have a job or anything, so her days are spent sunbathing, traveling around the world and frolicking with her boyfriend Johannes Huebl. I suppose that gives her plenty of time to pick out outfits and look adorbs. [Photo: Fame/Flynet]
