Whether you prefer relaxing beach vacations or three-month treks through the jungle, it’s always fun to write down travel highlights and maybe draw some doodles of that hot cabana boy. This dreamy sky-themed journal would be the perfect place to record your next adventure.
We’re sure you recognize the face of Mickey Mouse’s famous girlfriend Minnie, but something else is different about her. Has Minnie gone fashionable? Why, yes, as Forever 21 and Disney have teamed up for a special holiday collection featuring the stylish Minnie Muse. Minnie has traded in her chunky pumps and polka dots for strappy YSL-esque platform sandals, a chic red peacoat, and two It-bags. But, of course, her signature, oversized bow is still present. We’ve fallen hard for the Minnie Muse Note Pad, but the rest of the collection shouldn’t be missed either, especially at Forever 21 prices.
Remember that girl from elementary school who genuinely thought she was a horse? Every class had one. She would gallop around the playground at recess and she ate a shocking amount of carrots and when the teacher would call her name she would say, “I only answer to my real name, Tumbles!” I was pretty good friends with the horse girl for awhile, but eventually we grew apart. By third grade, I was ready to move on to more mature schoolyard games like Pirate Ship War and Escape From the Orphanage, but every day with her it was “Let’s play horse show! Brush my mane!” Frankly, it got a little tedious.
Maybe you loved the Horse Girl, maybe you hated her, maybe you were her, but in any case this awesome hand-stitched notebook is a great way to honor her memory. Ride on, Horse Girl, ride on. [Notebook, $18] Keep reading »

Our life’s to-do list — things we need to buy at the drugstore, ingredients for the butternut squash soup recipe we’ve been dying to make, reminders to make doctor and dentist appointments — is contained on scraps of paper and the back of receipts scattered throughout our apartment and various handbags. These notes are cluttering up our life and, frankly, making us forget what we were supposed to do. So now we’ve started carrying around this little notebook, which is the perfect size for toting everywhere, and, as it says on its cover, the paper is the “most advanced quality” and “gives best writing features.” Basically, it’s the most charming notebook we’ve ever encountered.
