Nicholas Kirkwood is a bonafide shoe genius. And Keith Haring revolutionized the art world in the ’80s and ’90s by helping to show that activism and art could meld into bright, beautiful creations. So when it was revealed that Kirkwood would be creating a collection of shoes in honor of Haring, well, we couldn’t wait to see them. Sadly, his knee-high rollerskate boots aren’t for sale — they’re only on display at the Arnhem Mode Biennale, but we could imagine trying to DIY our own pair of high-heeled wedges with some day-glo paint some time soon.
