I’m not crafty, or good in the kitchen. So I’m calling on you, dear Frisky readers, to kindly make me a batch of these New Year’s Eve cookies. They’re made of three layers, the middle of which is hollow and contains confetti sprinkles. You break ‘em open when the clock strikes midnight, of course. Pretty neat, huh?
