Carrie Prejean Made “The Biggest Mistake” Of Her Life, Uh, 8 Times

AP

You know how Carrie Prejean referred to that little sex tape of hers as “the biggest mistake of my life”? Well, apparently Prejean takes a while to actually learn from her mistakes, because there are seven other sex tapes out there, along with 30 nude photos of former Miss California, according to Radar Online. I don’t really care if Prejean has made 500 videos of herself flickin’ the bean; I just think it’s hilarious that she got busted for one of them and has been rather indignant about it, and lo and behold, there’s a handful more. Which, if you’re lucky, you’ll get to see! Vivid Video has the tapes—“erotic footage that Carrie Prejean, former Miss California, produced for her boyfriend following their four (4) day rendezvous in February 2007”—in their possession and are seeking to distribute them, which means Carrie may be coming to a high-def TV screen near you. Carrie Prejean’s Sex Tape Was “The Biggest Mistake Of My Life”

Carrie Prejean‘s book, Still Standing: The Untold Story of My Fight Against Gossip, Hate, and Political Attacks, debuted Nov. 9 —and wouldn’t you know it, that night the former Miss California was on TV discussing her sex tape. Coincidence???

Miss California Pageant Sues Carrie Prejean Over Boob Job

carrie prejean

Another week, another Carrie Prejean eyeroll-worthy drama. The latest dirt? Our beloved ex-Miss California still owes $5,200 for a boob job paid for by pageant organizer K2 Productions, according to a lawsuit filed yesterday. K2 said it foot the bill for plastic surgery at Prejean’s behest, so she could “be more competitive” in the 2009 Miss USA pageant, and she hasn’t honored a verbal agreement to pay them back. (Verbal agreement? Get it in writing, people!)

Miss California Pageant Takes Off The Swimsuits

Miss California pageant

Beauty queens in next month’s Miss California Pageant (where everyone’s favorite homophobe, Carrie Prejean, got her start!) won’t strut down the runway in bikinis, but will instead model individual outfits. Sashes will also be eliminated and two winners will be crowned, instead of the usual one. ““This year’s event will be bigger and reflect the progressive attitudes of the contestants as well as our forward-looking state,” said Keith Lewis, executive director of the Miss California Organization. “It will change the essence of Miss California USA from a bathing suit beauty contest to the style of a runway show during fashion week.” Well, that’s not quite the same as ditching the high-heels-and-bikinis parade because it objectifies women’s bodies and applauds an ideal woman’s shape that most of us can never achieve. But, hey, we’ll take what we can get! You can probably still count on false eyelashes, clouds of hairspray and fake boobies, though. [NY Daily News, L.A. Times]

Miss USA Carrie Prejean Loses Her Crown ... Finally

Carrie Prejean Dethroned

Miss California, Carrie Prejean, has been dethroned for what is being vaguely termed “contract violations”, but what really sounds like a prissy attitude because Prejean refused to make certain appearances. Keith Lewis, a state pageant director said, “It has become abundantly clear that Carrie is unwilling to fulfill her obligations under our contract and work together.” The verdict isn’t a surprise, but is perhaps a bit belated considering the nude picture scandal that almost lost her the crown last month. Along with her public statements against “opposite” marriage (that’s gay marriage for those not proficient in ditz), Prejean hasn’t been America’s favorite figure. She’ll be replaced by runner-up Tami Farrell. With sex, beauty, lies, and probably a lot of tears, we think it’s only a matter of time before Hollywood adapts this story for the small screen. Paris Hilton could finally win an Emmy!  [CNN]

Is Slut-Shaming Carrie Prejean Really Necessary?

Carrie Prejean Topless Photos Leaked

When Carrie Prejean lost last month’s Miss USA pageant because (some think) she opposed gay marriage, after which she did an ad for the National Organization for Marriage, rather than attending to her Miss California “duties,” she made it pretty clear where her loyalty lies. It makes sense strategically—her anti-gay marriage stance ruined her appeal for many, but it did increase her popularity with a powerful few. Prejean hedged her bets by distancing herself from the Miss California Organization and lining up with those who had her back. She wasn’t going to be a pageant queen forever, after all.

She should have handed over her crown to someone who was interested in fulfilling those Miss California duties—whatever they are—since she had better things to do. But she didn’t and because of that—and Perez Hilton’s relentless campaign against her—Prejean stayed in the spotlight and the inevitable happened. Topless photos! Of a beauty queen! Who believes in God! The hypocrisy! Let the slut-shaming begin!

Are All Men With Moustaches Gay?

We rolled on the ground laughing after we read that Miss California’s dad once warned her: “All men with mustaches are gay.” What?! We aren’t sure where her daddy cooked up that theory, but we figure Miss California must have gotten her brains from him. To road test his claim, we’ve rounded up a few dudes who rock facial hair to see if they like guys or gals.

Here She Comes, Miss Beautiful Morals

Miss Beautiful Morals Pageant In Saudi Arabia

American beauty pageants are all about the long legs, shiny teeth and not saying anything too dense when asked, “How would you make the world a better place?” But at the Miss Beautiful Morals pageant in Saudi Arabia, there’s no swimsuit competition.

Instead, in that deeply Islamic country where women are covered from head to toe in long robes called abayas, contestants vie to see who is most obedient of her parents. A hundred girls ranging in age from 15 to 25 will compete for the Miss Beautiful Morals crown. The queen wins $2,600, and each runner up wins $1,300. The real prize, those involved in the pageant say, is strengthening their devotion to their families.

Miss California Carrie Prejean Exposed

Carrie Prejean Topless

Oh, dear. Miss California Carrie Prejean, who made headlines for her answer to a question about gay marriage at last month’s Miss USA pageant, has more secrets spilling out of her closet. First, it was revealed that the Miss California Organization paid for Prejean to get breast implants prior to the Miss USA pageant. Now, a topless photos of the beauty queen have been leaked to The Dirty. Miss USA judge Perez Hilton claims his sources say more photos of Prejean in a state of undress are due to hit the internet. Normally, I’d be like, “Topless? Who cares?” Considering Prejean believes “gay marriage isn’t biblically correct,” I’m amped to holler: “Hypocrite!” Stripping your top off and shooting the camera that come hither look is not what Jesus would do. Click here to see the full photo (safe for work!).

Prejean released a statement: “I am a Christian, and I am a model. Models pose for pictures, including lingerie and swimwear photos. Recently, photos that were taken of me as a teenager have been released surreptitiously to a tabloid website that openly mocks me for my Christian faith. I am not perfect, and I will never claim to be.”

One small problem? This puts Prejean at odds with her contract with the Miss California Organization, which prohibits its representatives for posing for photographs in a state of full or partial nudity.

Pageant Organization Paid For Miss California’s Boobs

Miss California Carrie Prejean's Boobs Were Paid For By A Pageant Organization

Everyone’s still talking about Miss California’s gay marriage comments. Now there’s more drama for 21-year-old beauty queen Carrie Prejean. Apparently, there were some nice perks for her as former Miss California. The state’s pageant organization paid her bill for fake boobs.

Prejean received breast implants paid for by the Miss California Organization just weeks before she competed in the Miss USA pageant, confirmed Shanna Moakler, co-executive director of organization. Shanna told “Access Hollywood” that Carrie wanted breasts implants and the Miss California Organization “supported that decision.” Shanna, herself a former Miss USA and an ex-Playboy Playmate, added, “Breast implants in pageants is not a rarity. It’s definitely not taboo. It’s very common. Breast implants today among young women today is very common.”

Carrie Prejean Thinks People Choose To Be Gay

Miss California Carrie Prejean Thinks People Choose To Be Gay

The now infamous Miss California, Carrie Prejean, is still on the defensive after last weekend’s Miss USA pageant, in which she said marriage should be between a man and a woman and not the gays. This weekend she sat down with a gay blogger (not Perez Hilton!) to discuss her feelings on the subject in more depth. Rex Wockner got to the heart of the matter pretty quick.

Rex: I understand that you were raised to believe that marriage is between a man and a woman, and I understand that you grew up knowing that you were always going to marry a guy, but you’re heterosexual. Um, some people are born gay, maybe, you think?
Carrie: No, I don’t think so ... I think it’s a behavior that develops over time.
Rex: Why would someone choose it, given that if you choose that, you get discriminated against?
Carrie: I’m not sure what the motivation would be.

Better think of one fast Carrie, because that hole you’re digging just keeps getting deeper! [Wockner via Jezebel]

Former Miss California Speaks Out On Gay Marriage

Former Miss California Speaks Out On Gay Marriage

“The truth is that it is difficult to know for sure the intentions of the biblical authors, but we do know something about God. Those of us who know God through Jesus of Nazareth know that he went to great lengths to express God’s love to people who were labeled as outcasts. He spent time with children, prostitutes, and lepers, all of whom were labeled as outside of the grasp of the Holy. As we continue to seek God’s vision for us as a nation grounded in a love for justice, I pray that we might move closer to the cause of grace.”

So says Nicole Lamarche, who was Miss California in 2003 and is now an ordained minister at Cotuit Federated Church in Cotuit, Massachussettes. Lamarche spoke out on the issue of gay marriage after the current Miss California, Carrie Prejean, said she did not support gay marriage at Sunday’s Miss USA pageant, citing her religious beliefs. Perez Hilton & Miss California Face Off

Perez Hilton and Miss California, Carrie Prejean, were on “The Today Show” this morning, talking about the controversy surrounding the beauty queen’s response to Hilton’s gay marriage question at Sunday’s Miss USA Pageant. On the show, Hilton was extremely well-spoken and made the argument that Miss California alienated many Americans with her anti-gay marriage response. Because Miss USA is supposed to represent all Americans, it cost her the crown. I’m not sure that I look to a beauty queen to represent me or my views to the world, but I get his point. When it was Prejean’s turn to speak, she said she spoke from her heart, and she stands by what she says, as it reflects her religious beliefs. I can kind of respect the woman for answering honestly, even though I personally disagree. But what about the fact that her response was poorly delivered? I mean, “opposite marriage”? As Hilton said, Miss California should have been better prepared for that question and had a coherent, if unpopular, answer ready to go.

Soap Star Takes Us Back To The Future

Brenda Dickson was a soap star who played villainess Jill Abbott on The Young and the Restless from the 70’s through the 80’s. On screen, she stole the heart of a rich married man and then slept with her stepson, but she’s put more daytime drama into her Welcome to My Home video where she’s just “playing herself.”  In the short video, the former Miss California, who is credited as writer, director, and exec producer, said she was motivated to make the piece by her fans who have written her and asked, “How do you look better today than you did 11 and a half years ago?” And girlfriend looks craaaaaazy good for 1987! Her closet is covered in beading, she has a jumbo portrait of herself over her sofa, an entire rack of red high heel boots, and every outfit shows off her cleavage. The queen B is an inspiration…for drag impersonators, Beyonce, hookers, and gals like us. Sure, when Ms. Dickson describes her accessories as “diamonds”, she means rhinestones, but there are some real gems!  Our favorite is when she says, “Leather is always great, I wear a lot of it.”  And how!  Just see for yourself… [You Tube]
