Julia Grovenburg of Arkansas is giving the woman with two vaginas a run for her money in the race for Medical Anomaly of the Year. She was already pregnant when she went for a sonogram and—surprise!—the doc discovered that a second, younger, baby was in there as well. In other words, she’s carrying two babies that aren’t twins—they were conceived three weeks apart. This phenomenon is called “superfetation” and it’s very rare. Pretty freaky, no?
