When I started seeing the ads for the DVD release of this year’s Matthew McConaughey/Jennifer Garner movie, “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past,” I noticed something awfully curious happening in the movie poster, which is also evidence of a creeping trend in McConaughey’s career of movie posters: He simply can’t seem to face his co-stars! What might a pose like this say about a guy in real life if you’re looking for a relationship?

Well, I’ll give you my two cents, but first, more examples. Lest you think this is the first time Matthew has struck the pose, think again. His backhand has been at it for quite some time ...

• Matthew McConaughey’s girlfriend Camila Alves is pregnant with their second child. [PopEater]—My, they work fast. Little Levi is only 11 months old.
• Lawyers for Dennis Quaid’s twins have settled their lawsuit with Cedars-Sinai, the hospital that gave the twins the wrong dose of Heparin that almost killed them. [TMZ]
• Jon Gosselin was apartment hunting in NYC recently. [Dlisted]—He better not get a new reality show about starting over in the big city.

We’re not so sure that “Gossip Girl” hunksicle Chace Crawford deserves to be People Magazine’s #1 hottest bachelor. But we were kinda entertained by some of the thoughts he shared in the interview—like that he had his first kiss in the firth grade, that he talks to his parents everyday, and that he likes a girl who can beat him at beer pong. Dating is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get. Sometimes, your date may make Forrest Gump seem like a Mensa member. Falling in love takes time, but chemistry is instantaneous. This week, Kate Hudson admitted she ditched out on one first date with a banker before they’d even ordered dinner.

Our prayers have been answered! He-Man, the hunky half-naked animated hero, is getting a new live-action feature film,Gray Skull: The Masters of The Universe.  The script is finally done, but now who can fill He-Man’s loincloth? We have some casting ideas:

HE-MAN Amelia thinks Matthew McConaughey can step into the fur boots—lord knows Matthew likes sporting a girlie mane and no shirt.  But I’m all for this year’s award winning hottie, Javier Bardem, who can really rock a bowl cut (even if it’s blonde!).
