It’s been said that the secret to a lasting marriage is to marry your best friend. As for my husband?
He’s my most reliable friend. He’s my funniest friend. He’s my most loyal friend. He’s my most genuine friend. He’s my most frank friend, resourceful friend and patient friend. He also happens to be my most handsome friend. But he isn’t my best friend. Read more on YourTango.com…

The online dating scene is rough. Sure, it’s a great way to meet people, but we use the term “people” loosely, as some of the individuals we’ve come in contact with still seem to be in their primitive forms. Obviously, first impressions count … but not to these idiots.

Tip: Don’t do anything that this doucher does. NOTHING. If you ask us, it sounds like this guy is the perfect candidate for herpes … and maybe a marketing class. Keep reading »
Wedding season has arrived, which means it’s time to put on something frilly, brush up on your bullshitting skills and sit through the dreaded prequel to your pal’s nuptials: the Bridal Shower. And nowhere is that more apparent for me than our sex life. Keep reading »
Once upon a time, couples got engaged, picked a venue and sent out save-the-date cards. Cards morphed into postcards and magnets, and these days, the trendy way to announce you’re getting hitched (and we’re invited) is a video save-the-date. Usually the videos are set to some sort of Michael Buble song and feature hazy shots of the couple, but recently, I saw a new favorite—it’s a stop-motion video by about-to-be-marrieds Haley Smith and Jason Harmon. Totally sweet! (And rather eco-friendly, too.) So, are you all over the whole video wedding invite phenomenon or do you think it’s too non-traditional? [Design Sponge] Keep reading »
