I have a total thing for Mandy Moore that is not very easily explained. She’s no superstar in any department, though I think she’s a decent actress and singer (frankly, I loved her album of cover songs). But something about her seems nice and smart and she’s definitely stylish, which is why we’ve pulled together a slideshow of some of her hottest looks. BUT while I was doing research, I came across this video, of her covering Rihanna’s “Umbrella”. She does it in a very moody way. I like it.
