You’re looking at the three things I need for a cozy night in watching a movie: 1) a comfy T-shirt dress with pockets; 2) a pair of sweater leggings; and 3) a classy carrier to shlep a bottle of red in from the wine store to my apartment, where “The Notebook” awaits. Best of all, these three pieces are all available at Wolf & Harrison, which is taking 25 percent off everything – including flasks, skirts, and soft knits for men and women — in their online store (code: XMAS2011). Score! [$29.99-$39.99, Wolf & Harrison]
We sometimes think that the sexiest thing you can wear to bed isn’t the see-through nightie or the fancy lingerie, but rather the laid-back, basic stuff. Like these Only Hearts boxer shorts. They’re natural, comfy, and would, without a doubt, make us feel sexy. Who’s with us?
The problem with the overpriced sweatpants trend is that, well, you look like you’re wearing … sweatpants. Sweatpants you spent half your rent on. (Cue slow clap.) A genius solution? J.Crew’s affordable, luxe terry “un-sweatpant,” which manages to look just a bit more put-together thanks to a chic slim fit and ankle zips, allowing you to walk out of the house with no (or at least less) shame. Of course, they’re ultra comfy, so you’re welcome to lounge around in them as well.
The white linen curtain flaps as a warm spring breeze makes its way into the bedroom, caressing your face. You wake to hear the birds chirping and see the leaves on the trees blowing gently in the soft wind. The feeling of happiness engulfs you while laying there staring out at nature. You’re up to start the day but you wouldn’t mind lounging in your sleepwear. OK, this probably isn’t your reality, but at least you can pretend in this cotton eyelet-trim chemise. It has adjustable straps for a perfect fit and has a mid-thigh length to make you look and feel adorably girly.

Sometimes the sexiest bedroom fashions are the ones that do a better job of covering up than they do revealing. (Plus, most of the time those over-the-top doo-dads are just plain uncomfortable.) Here’s something that’s both cozy and subtly seductive. Jenna Leigh’s jersey kimono robe features a low-cut neckline and super short hem but brings elegance with its draped sleeves and non-traditional peacock color. Of course, half the fun of this style is unwrapping it to reveal what’s underneath. Which, if he’s lucky, might just be nothing. [$96, Jenna Leigh Lingerie]

UPDATE! The winner of the Jenna Leigh robe is ootie for this comment:
I have one perfume that I basically only wear for special (sexual) occasions. Now, whenever I put it on, my boyfriend gets instantly horny. I don’t think he’s put it together and realized that I put on a different perfume…the smell now just makes him think of sex.
Thank you for all your comments! (Just reading them sort of got us in the mood.) Keep reading »
You know we’re big fans of jumpsuits here at The Frisky, but even we’ll admit that wearing one in public can be hazardous, especially when you have to tinkle. So for now we’re wearing our one-pieces at home, where we can be cute and cozy at the same time. And don’t have to worry about any unfortunate bathroom mishaps. [$38, Urban Outfitters] Keep reading »
