Liam Neeson is badass, and exactly the kind of person I would want to have my back should I find myself in trouble — or unemployed. The actor, who plays ex-CIA operative Brian Mills in the “Taken” movies is hosting a contest to promote “Taken 3,” giving fans the chance to have Brian Mills endorse their “particular set of skills.” Imagine the amount of profile views the winner will get from having Liam Neeson tell the world how proficient they are in Photoshop and Microsoft Excel. I WANT TO WIN.
To enter, all you have to do is follow this page on LinkedIn to be entered. The contest runs through December 23, and the winner will be announced the week of January 4, when Neeson will record the video for the lucky winner. [Mashable]
Have you ever seen the movie “Taken”? It stars Liam Neeson as a tough dad whose daughter gets abducted and sold into sexual slavery by a dude she meets at the airport. I saw it on a plane which seemed highly inappropriate, considering the daughter runs into trouble at the airport, but whatever. This parody of “Taken” is actually exactly what it would be like if my dad starred in the movie, instead of super intense Liam Neeson. [Gorilla Mask]

You make those plans, but they never work. It hits you in the middle of the night — well, it hits me in the middle of the night. I’m out walking. I’m feeling quite content. And it’s like suddenly, boom. It’s like you’ve just done that in your chest.”
—Liam Neeson opens up in Esquire about discovering wife Natasha Richardson’s skiing injuries were far more serious than initially thought, and the grief he feels over her death. Grab a tissue box if you want to read the full article. It’s beyond sad. Keep reading »
Oooh, this movie “Chloe” looks good
—and I’m not just saying that because this trailer is in French! Julianne Moore
and Liam Neeson
play a husband and wife and Amanda Seyfried
is the escort
whom Moore hires to test her husband’s fidelity. But really her
fidelity is the one being tested when a smoldering Seyfried seduces the red-headed siren into some girl-on-girl sexytime. Honestly, the Moore/Seyfried kiss isn’t that hot … but Amanda Seyfried in pull-up stockings and garters
is scorched into my brain.
Really, who needs English? Keep reading »
