Keri Russell was spotted out and about in Brooklyn this weekend, and while we couldn’t help but notice her white canvas slip-ons (our summer obsession), we think her army green field jacket would be perfect on a cool fall day. In fact, Amelia paired one with a printed blue and maroon dress today, which toned down the dress and ensured that the jacket didn’t look too “Army.” Check out six of our favorite utility jackets after the jump.

She ain’t sweet “Felicity” anymore! Keri Russell shed her good girl image by doing a racy photoshoot with Details magazine (including a shot where she’s laying in a bathtub with very nude panties on). While some, like Perez Hilton, have said the photos are fugly and over-the-top, I actually think she looks freakin’ hot. But what I can’t understand is why she did such a sexy photoshoot now, when the film she’s promoting—“Bedtime Stories”—is a family-friendly flick from Disney. Maybe if she wants to be an edgier actress (and we know she can—“Waitress” was amazing), she should explore her racy side in movies, not just photo shoots. [Details]

We were loyal fans of the sexy nighttime soap opera, “Melrose Place,” so we are so excited it’s getting a facelift and coming back to television.  However, after the hack job they did on the new “90210”, we are very afraid about what the CW network might do to the other delicious Aaron Spelling drama! I’ve been growing my hair out for 10 years, ever since I got a totally tragic close-crop days before graduation from high school. I had kind of low self-esteem and I was majorly obsessed with Gwyneth Paltrow’s new short cut (you know the one—it closely resembled then boyfriend Brad Pitt’s hair too)—I came to the conclusion that if I cut off all my hair just like hers, I, too, would be pretty. Fat chance. The haircut, for starters, was poorly executed. Additionally, my hair was still in that post-puberty stage of frizzy horribleness—and I did not yet understand that flat irons and blow dryers could be my friend. The haircut was a disaster and I have spent the last 10 years growing it out, associating prettiness and femininity with length.
