The Hudson-Bellamy family arrived at LAX yesterday, and mama Kate was wearing a pair of seriously acid washed skinny jeans that, for whatever reason, I actually really like. Is it because she paired them with thoroughly modern black pumps and a simple white tank top? Or is it because I’m blinded by baby Bingham’s cute little face? Probably the latter, but whatever, I’m digging this look. [Photo: Splash News]

If I were in a strange celebrity-obsessed kindergarten class and the teacher was like, “Alright class, Kate Hudson’s dress: love it or leave it? Please raise your hand quietly to share your opinion,” I would have been the terrible child who just blurts out “I LOVE IT!!!!!” before anyone had a chance to raise their hands. And that says a lot about how much I love this outfit, because I was the #1 rule-following teacher’s pet in kindergarten and viewed all the blurt-out-the-answer kids with extreme disdain. So now you know my thoughts on this sparkly, billowy gown. What are yours?
Kate Hudson showed up for an appearance on the “Late Show with David Letterman” in a leather pencil skirt with a hot pink top, and left the studio in a leather micro mini and hot pink pumps. As a lover of Kate Hudson, the color pink, ’80s fashion, and black leather, I am completely obsessed with both looks. Which outfit do you prefer? Left Kate or Right Kate? [Photos: Fame/Flynet]
Tiffany blue is one of the most famous colors in the world. So it’s no surprise that Thursday night, as stars gathered at Tiffany & Co.’s Blue Book Ball at Rockefeller Center, there’d be a lot of blue on the red carpet. Gwyneth Paltrow wore a light blue Ralph Lauren number, while Kate Hudson did her best blue in Reem Acra. Jessica Biel paired her Tiffany’s jewelry with an Elie Saab gown, and Michelle Williams wore a somewhat shapeless Katie Ermilio gown. Model Cato van Ee also came dressed in blue. But we want to know: Who do you think looks best?
He’s not exactly a big baby, but he’s certainly serious. Kate Hudson’s infant son Bing has got his mama’s blonde hair and his dad’s angsty vibe. While he’s smaller than the average member, I’m happy to extend Bing an invitation to the Big Serious Babies I Love Club. As always, Abel Arnett will be in touch to discuss the benefits of membership (including frequent fawning posts on The Frisky). [Photos: Bauer-Griffin]
Kate Hudson turned it out at the American Foundation for Aids Research (amfAR) Inspiration Gala last night in this red Prabal Gurung dress. I adore the vaguely ’80s but still very modern cut-out sleeves and plunging neckline. It gives her bangin’ cleave and I happen to think shoulders are underrated sexy. Werk. [Photos: Bauer-Griffin]
“I Googled him right away! And it was shocking, ’cause he was like two completely different people. I was just in awe of his ability and his talent. And then to know him on the other side of it, and how sweet and simple and loving he is…You know how people say that when you meet somebody you love, you feel at home?”
– Kate Hudson, looking ridiculously gorgeous on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar, opens up about the humble beginnings of her relationship with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy. After meeting him at one of his shows, Kate did what any of us would do: she went straight to Google to get the scoop on her new crush. Now the couple has an adorable baby named Bingham, and splits their time between LA and London, where Kate gets her lifestyle tips not from Google, but Gwyneth Paltrow: “She’s been my go-to about where to get things done—grocery shopping, a good mani-pedi, you know, all that.” Quick question: how do I join this Famous Blondes Who Marry Rock Stars And Get Pedicures Together In London Club? Because damn, life dream status. [Us Weekly]
I can’t figure out what exactly Kate Hudson is doing differently these days, but it’s working. Perhaps all that foxy British rock star lovin’ could be to thank? Whatever it is, girlfriend looks 360 degrees of sublime. Perfection!
Former red carpet mainstay Kate Hudson has opted for a more low-key lifestyle in the past few years since settling down with Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy and their one-year-old son Bingham. In fact, her public appearances this week at the 69th Venice Film Festival are the first she’s made since April. I don’t know what’s in the water wherever she’s been hiding or if it’s just fortunate genes (see: mom Goldie Hawn), but Penny Lane is looking better than ever, especially in the soft, natural hair and makeup she chose for the premiere of her latest film, “The Reluctant Fundamentalist.” The look is simple, but glamorous in its subtlety; she just looks expensive, no? I can’t tell you where to get that long flaxen hair, or that to-die-for necklace (believe me, if I knew, I’d be wearing it right now), but I can clue you in to copping her fresh-faced beauty, after the jump … Keep reading »
