Christina Aguilera might have filed for a divorce from Jordan Bratman in October, but I guess she’s not ready to open up about her love life. On Saturday, she went on a double date at the SoHo House in Hollywood with her engaged friends Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. When they left, Christina had her date duck in the back seat and she threw a blanket over him, trying to hide his identity. Fortunately, it was ineffective and we know it was Matthew D. Rutler, who was a set assistant on her upcoming movie “Burlesque.” Nice try, Xtina! [PopEater]

Apparently, singer Christina Aguilera and husband Jordan Bratman have split. Reportedly, the couple has been separated for a few months, and while there are supposedly no current plans for divorce, this doesn’t look good. Aguilera, 29, and Bratman, 33, married five years ago in a lavish Napa Valley wedding. They have one son, Max, who was born in 2008. The two met in 2001, when Bratman began working for Aguilera’s record label. “They were very much in love,” a source told Us. “But over the last six months, it became clear they were more like friends than husband and wife.” What is this, divorce season? New mom Christina Aguilera called into Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM morning show to boast about her baby boy, Max. The working mom told Seacrest that she credits the baby for inspiring her next album. So between the puke and poo, this one should be “dirrtier”, right? Then Ryan and the pop pin-up got really personal as Christina talked about her son’s bris, or circumcision. With Christ in her name, she’s clearly a shiksa, but her husband is Jewish, so she combined their traditions. Hubby Jordan Bratman brought the Rabbi and unconventional Xtina filled their home with “penis balloons.†Maybe she was frugal and reused the ones from her bachelorette party — or perhaps the busy new mom had everything she needed in her nightstand.
