First Look At Heidi Montag, Danielle Staub, And Jake Pavelka In “Famous Food”

Back in April, we told you that Heidi Montag, Jake Pavelka, and Danielle Staub would be teaming up for a new reality show. And now, we finally have the details of what this show will be—VH1′s “Famous Food.” Oh, but the series has even more fascinating characters—Ashley Dupre (i.e. Eliot Spitzer’s favorite call girl), Vincent Pastore (of “The Sopranos”) and two members of Three 6 Mafia, you know, since it’s hard out there for a pimp. Together these seven will be … opening a restaurant on the Sunset Strip with the help of the famed Dolce Group. One lucky winner will become an actual partner in the venture.

So, Heidi Montag, Jake Pavelka, and Danielle Staub walk into a bar. No, sadly, this is not a joke. Apparently, this is a new reality TV show. The three were in Los Angeles filming the series today and were photographed around a lunch table together. We have no idea what exactly the show will be, especially considering that the only thing uniting these three is that fact that they were controversy lightening rods on “The Hills,” “The Bachelor,” and “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” respectively. Maybe they’ll team up to fight crime? Or perhaps this is a new-fangled “Three’s Company”? Or a porno? Your guess is as good as mine. But, gulp, we will be watching. Perhaps this is small potatoes compared to the allegations that Whoopi Goldberg slapped White House party crasher Michaele Salahi on yesterday’s episode. But Jake Pavelka‘s appearance on “The View” on Tuesday was pretty interesting. Now, I don’t like it when someone is publicly questioned about their sexuality. But in this case, Jake did bring it up. “There was a lack of intimacy because our problems were so heavy,” he said, describing why he didn’t want to get down with fiance Vienna Girardi. “I can’t separate love and intimacy — and apparently that makes me gay.” Keep reading »

Not that I was really on team anyone before, but I’ve watched the Jake and Vienna breakup special. Actually, I watched it twice, once alone and once with Aunt Mildred the body language expert, hoping to gain a new perspective. I always hated Vienna. When I watched her on “The Bachelor,” I thought she was a whiny, immature drama queen. That hasn’t changed. I still think she is. Maybe a little trashy. Maybe a little desperate for attention. Maybe just really young and naïve about the world. I thought I would still hate her on the breakup special. I wanted to. I thought I would side with Jake. Wrong. — Vienna Girardi, during last night’s pre-recorded blow-out with ex Jake Pavelka. Let this be a lesson to all you single peeps out there looking for your Mr. or Ms. Right. If your relationship is hard in the first six months, get out. The first six months to a year is the easiest period of a relationship. If you’re already having trouble then, there’s little to no way you’re going to pull off a happy, successful union together. Just cut your losses and move on before you drive each other completely bonkers.
