Last night, Anne Hathaway and her vagina (covered up this time!) attended the Museum of the Moving Image tribute to Hugh Jackman. Jackman stars with Hathaway in the new film/musical sadness festival “Les Miserables,” and we tend to think that even given Hugh’s musical theater roots, he might have something snarky to say about Anne’s Nina Ricci dress. For anyone who thinks that musical theater enthusiasts are the opposite of tough, do I have a tale to tell you. On Monday, Hugh Jackman appeared on “WWE Raw.” During the event, pro wrestler Dolph Ziggler began taunting him, referring to him as Batman when, duh, he played Wolverine. So Hugh punched him. Hard. And apparently, messed up his jaw. “MRI scheduled for 1 p.m. … possible fractured jaw #thanksBatman,” Dolph tweeted the next day. “Hairline mandibular fracture. Guess i’ll put my chipotle in a blender for a few weeks.” This whole incident is reminiscent of the time Hugh rode the zipline on “Oprah” and whacked into a lighting rig in the process. Yesterday, Oprah did an ode to Australia, filming live from the Sydney Opera House. Hugh Jackman was one of the episode’s guest stars and he had a high adrenaline entrance—zip lining from the top of the Opera House down to Oprah’s stage. While the stunt went great during rehearsals, while actually filming, Hugh hit the brakes just a little too late, and swung up into the lighting rig, hurting his right eye. Paramedics rushed on stage and Oprah yelled, “Cut!.”

Most of the time when celebrities break up, I’m like, bah, who cares? But this one made me sad. Director Darren Aronofsky and actress Rachel Weisz have broken up. The two were together for nine years and have a 4-year-old son, Henry Chance. They met in 2001, and worked together on “The Fountain,” which Aronofsky, whose other movies include “Pi” and “The Wrestler,” directed and starred Weisz and Hugh Jackman. The couple was engaged at the time of their split, but they had never married. Apparently, Aronofsky and Weisz were separated for several months, and now rumors are swirling that Weisz is involved with Daniel Craig, her costar in the upcoming “Dream House.” We hope that’s not true. It’s a concept only the dudes behind the giz hair gel scene in “There’s Something About Mary” could come up with. The Farrelly Brothers are hard at work on their latest flick—it’s untitled at the moment, but will be a collection of 17 short films. One of the films that started shooting this week has a pretty amazing cast—Hugh Jackman and Kate Winslet. The concept of the short? Hugh and Kate are out on a first date—so far, so normal. Only, Hugh’s character has testicles that are located on his chin. Yes, on his face. And no one seems to notice besides Kate’s character, who for some reason doesn’t run? It sounds pretty out-there, but everything Kate touches is gold in our opinion, so we’ll give it a chance. Other shorts in the movie will star Gerard Butler, Naomi Watts, and Justin Long.
