Connie Britton, Kate Mara and others jump off the page in classic scenes from “The Birds,” “Carrie” and others. Unlikely Style Inspiration: The Ghost Sisters From “The Shining”

A couple weeks ago, my brother and his girlfriend convinced me to watch “The Shining” with them. I was hesitant because I hate scary movies (I still have nightmares about the 15 minutes of “Scream” I watched accidentally in 1996), but they insisted it was a classic and I needed to see it in order to be a productive member of society. “The Life Zone”: A Pro-Life Horror Movie

 

Presented without comment, “The Life Zone,” a pro-life horror film about “pregnant women kidnapped from abortion clinics and forced to give birth,” starring Robert Loggia. New Jerseyites can check it out currently at the Hoboken International Film Festival. The rest of us will have to wait until it’s picked up by Fox News, I suppose.
