What happens when you combine two of the most infectious pop culture events — “Honey Boo Boo Child” and South Korean dance sensation PSY? Pure magic, that’s what. Check out this “Honey Boo Boo Child”/”Gangnam Style” mashup and just try to keep your brain from exploding with joy. [YouTube]
Team U.S.A. Olympic gymnast and kick ass vaulter McKayla Maroney may not be impressed as impressed with Honey Boo Boo Child as mom June, but I am impressed with the new McKayla-inspired meme. I made this one with the McKayla download available on the McKayla Is Not Impressed Tumblr. Check out a bunch more created by users above!
Put a flipper in her and call her a reality star, because “Toddlers & Tiaras’” Alana (aka Honey Boo Boo Child) is getting her own show. Ms. Alana’s spinoff — working title “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” — will be coming to TLC late this summer and will follow Alana in her pageant pursuits and her day-to-day life in rural Georgia doing normal things like picking up roadkill for the family cookout. Best part: The show will also feature family members like belching mom, June Shannon, chalk-mining dad, Sugar Bear, and sisters Lauryn “Pumpkin,” Jessica “Chubbs,” and Anna “Chickadee.” OMG yessssss, please! Congrats to our little tummy-squeezing, dollar-hollering, Go-Go juice guzzling spirit animal muse ! There are various celebrations going on here in the Frisky office. I am playing with my stomach fat as we speak. But dare I say it? What about Makenzie? [Us Weekly]
“Toddlers & Tiaras” breakout star Alana has made a lot of waves in recent weeks, with her Go-Go Juice pusher mom June, and her totally outrageous personality. So when the Fine Brothers showed a tape of Miss Alana and her mama to a group of jaded teenagers, you can imagine that they were absolutely horrified — in a way that only jaded teens can be. Watch and enjoy their shocked reactions. [YouTube]
Ron-Ron Juice is the creation of “Jersey Shore” meatball Ronnie. Go-Go Juice is the invention of “Coupon Queen” June, mother of “Toddlers and Tiaras” breakout star “Honey Boo-Boo Child” Alana. Both get their users hyped up and ready for the club/pageant stage. Both cause uncontrollable freak outs and grabby hands. But while Go-Go juice relies solely on a heady combo of high fructose corn syrup and caffeine, Ron-Ron juice has an added advantage: maraschino cherries. What, you thought we were going to say vodka, didn’t you?
