Even though wearing heels can cause problems–SJP has said that wearing them for years while taping Sex and the City did a number on her knees (and sometimes my back hurts if I wear a pair for long stints or multiple days)–there are some benefits, according to a new study by the University of Verona. Wearing medium-height heels can tone and condition muscles and may improve your sex life.
