Gwen Stefani sang “Hella Good” on “The Voice” last night, and while it definitely wasn’t a full-on No Doubt reunion, Gwen totally rocked it. Instead of the rest of the band, Pharrell Williams, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton awkwardly stagebombed the whole thing. They don’t exactly give off the right level of badassery to match Gwen, but she carried the whole thing like the rockstar that she is, and the dudes get points for effort I guess. “Don’t Speak” next, please!
In another step towards killing the taboo surrounding the totally normal act that is breastfeeding, Gwen Stefani shared this sweet photo of herself nursing her baby son Apollo. Casually hanging out next to a Swiss mountain makes motherhood a bit more picturesque for her than the average parent, but I’m still loving that she posted this picture. On top of the adorable factor, the blanket Apollo is swaddled in is contributing to AIDS research. The company that sells it, aden + anais, donates portions of proceeds to the charity (RED). Gwen is the coolest, no? [Huffington Post]

Gwen might be ready to pop, but she’ll probably never be ready to throw on a muumuu and flip flops. Oh, and in case you missed her Instagram announcement, it’s a boy! [Twitter]
Usually I’m a total shut-in on New Year’s Eve (well, also in life, but I digress), but this year, I am going out of my comfort zone and going to a party OMG can you believe it. This NYE soiree has a black and white theme, so I was tickled to discover this recent outfit worn by Gwen Stefani to use as inspiration. I loved the color-blocking on this sheath dress and found a damn near close replica of it on Gilt for under $100. Happy New Year indeed! Get the look after the jump… Keep reading »
