Forever 21 has just released a pair of dark wash, one-percent stretch skinny jeans for $9.50. Yes, $9.50. (I’ve been known to spend more on lunch!) Got to say, they’ve got the right amount of spandex stretch to be flattering, are in a great, go-anywhere wash and, on the model at least, look to be the best length for all the insane heels we’re crushing on these days.
