The Grammy Awards weren’t all great hair and fashion. Oh no, there were some broad, busty mistakes. And of course we chronicled all of your favorite musicians’ fashion transgressions. Click through to see who wore it worst.
I noted in my Best Dressed slideshow that Adele look flawless at last night’s Grammy Awards, but seriously, even her nails were perfect! The singer had her long nails painted a glimmer-y silver, with the undersides a deep red, just like a pair of Christian Louboutin heels. Awesome! [Styleite]
Last night’s Grammy Awards was a bit of a somber affair, as the music industry was mourning the sudden death of Whitney Houston. Many stars walked the red carpet in understated black, white, and cream gowns, many of which made our best dressed list. Click on to see whose looks we loved!
Last night, Adele was up for six Grammy Awards and took them all home. She also performed “Rolling In The Deep” for the first time since having throat surgery (she even thanked her doctors in one of her acceptance speeches). Check out her performance above and her adorable acceptance speech for Album of the Year after the jump. Keep reading »
At tonight’s Grammy Awards, Jennifer Hudson was tasked with singing “I Will Always Love You” in tribute to Whitney Houston, who passed away yesterday at the age of 48. It was emotional and flawless, the perfect, if brief, memoriam. Watch it above.

Hey, remember Serene Branson, the local CBS reporter in LA who started talking gibberish
in the middle of her post-Grammy segment Sunday night? (See above!) The one some of us — um, me — had a good chuckle about until reports that she had a stroke made us — um, me — feel like ginormous a**holes? Well, Brandon did not — repeat, DID NOT — have a stroke
. In fact, she’s in perfectly good health, according to her employers and the paramedics who examined her. That’s a relief. I never wanted Branson to be ill. Can I go back to laughing hysterically now? Keep reading »
CBS LA reporter Serene Branson was hospitalized after suffering a stroke during an on-air Grammy segment in which she suddenly began speaking gibberish. Thanks to commenter pereiraj for pointing out that Branson’s condition was the result of a stroke — had I known that at the time that I prepped and posted the original post, I would not have joked. (The original post remains after the jump, as is our policy when issuing corrections.) We wish Branson a swift and speedy recovery. [Telegraph UK
UPDATE: According to a rep for KCBS, Branson is not believed to have suffered from a stroke. An ambulance was called and she was examined by paramedics at the scene, but she wasn’t hospitalized, as previously reported.. “Her vital signs were normal,” said the rep. “As a precautionary measure, a colleague gave her a ride home, and she says she is feeling fine this morning.” Glad to hear it!
