Even though Julie and I heart each other very much, we don’t always agree, especially when it comes to red carpet fashion. Here are our differing views on the sartorial choices of six stars at last night’s Grammy Awards. Cat fight!

I noted in my Best Dressed slideshow that Adele look flawless at last night’s Grammy Awards, but seriously, even her nails were perfect! The singer had her long nails painted a glimmer-y silver, with the undersides a deep red, just like a pair of Christian Louboutin heels. Awesome! [Styleite]

At tonight’s Grammy Awards, Jennifer Hudson was tasked with singing “I Will Always Love You” in tribute to Whitney Houston, who passed away yesterday at the age of 48. It was emotional and flawless, the perfect, if brief, memoriam. Watch it above.
The 54th Annual Grammy Awards is tonight! LL Cool J is the evening’s host, and the guest artist list is an impressive roster of talent from today and yesterday. While you can never know for sure what is going to happen at the Grammys (right, Kanye West?). Here are ten things we are definitely looking forward to.
10. Rihanna teams up with Coldplay. I’ll admit that Coldplay has never been a favorite band of mine. The list explaining why is too long to go into here, but I will concede that Mylo Xyloto is an impressive album. UPDATE: According to a rep for KCBS, Branson is not believed to have suffered from a stroke. An ambulance was called and she was examined by paramedics at the scene, but she wasn’t hospitalized, as previously reported.. “Her vital signs were normal,” said the rep. “As a precautionary measure, a colleague gave her a ride home, and she says she is feeling fine this morning.” Glad to hear it!
