- French tennis player Gilles Simon recently said male players should be paid more than females at Grand Slam tennis events. When there was pushback against his remarks, he only dug the hole deeper, saying, “My point was that I have the feeling that men’s tennis is actually more interesting than women’s tennis. As in any business or anything, you just have to be paid just about that.
