Congratulations are in order for Gwen Stefani. The fashionista and music legend has given birth to a baby boy. The little guy is her third son with Gavin Rossdale.
US Weekly broke the news early Saturday, claiming Gwen, 44, and Gavin, 48, welcomed the bundled of joy on Friday. Read more on Celebuzz…
Your eyes do not deceive you! It is not 1995, but that is Gwen Stefani singing Bush’s hit song “Glycerine” on stage with her husband Gavin Rossdale at KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas this weekend. The two met at the event 17 years ago in 1995 and have basically been together ever since. I saw No Doubt and Bush when they toured together shortly thereafter and I gotta admit, I got mid-’90s nostalgia chills (a special kind of chills, BTW) watching this. Time to listen to Sixteen Stone for the first time in a decade…
See Gavin Rossdale take a hike with the nanny and his kids. See Gavin Rossdale’s hand wander down to her lower back/ upper ass area. Is he having a Jude Law moment, or is he just being a chivalrous gentleman helping a lady up a mountain? If I were Gwen, I don’t think I’d appreciate this picture. Let’s take bets on how soon the nanny will receive her pink slip. [Lainey Gossip] [Photo Credit: FlameFlynet]
“I’ve always been a girl who loves to dress up. I already put my makeup on twice today: I put it on to take my kid to school, and then I went home, washed my face, and put it on again to have lunch with you … I like to make my husband like me more, and he likes it when I’m wearing makeup.”
–Gwen Stefani makes the surprising admission to Harper’s Bazaar that her husband Gavin Rossdale actually prefers it when she wears makeup. Pretty much every guy I’ve ever known has belonged to the “less is more” camp when it comes to makeup, but I’d love to hear from readers on this one: do you wear makeup for the benefit of your significant other? Do they like it when you wear makeup? I definitely like feeling put together for my boyfriend, which, for me, includes a bit of makeup, but I shudder at the idea that some concealer and a swipe of mascara would make my partner “like me more.” [Harper's Bazaar]
With big stars like Zooey Deschanel signing on for television shows, it seems like the small screen is the place to be. Today, I read about two other unexpected faces who will be appearing on the boob tube soon. First, Oscar winner Halle Berry is attached to a new TV series called “Higher Learning” that is being pitched to both Showtime and HBO and is expected to be picked up by one of them. Not too much is known about the show beyond Halle’s involvement and the fact that she would play a college professor in it. Also fascinating—Gavin Rossdale, aka the frontman of Bush and husband of Gwen Stefani, has signed on for a role on USA’s “Burn Notice.” Keep reading »
